Welcome to Hubbo
A tour of what Hubbo does, the modules it includes and how the pieces fit together.
Hubbo helps product teams stay in touch with the people who use their product. You install one script on your website and manage everything else from the admin app at app.hubbo.io.
The modules

| Notifications | Announce news, fixes and features as a top bar, popup, toast or tooltip, and as a public notification page. |
| NPS | Ask visitors how likely they are to recommend you on a 0 to 10 scale. AI NPS analysis (Standard and Premium) turns low scores into causes, fixes and signal chips. See AI-powered NPS analysis. |
| Surveys | Multi-question surveys with multiple choice, binary, numeric and open-text questions, follow-ups and routing. |
| Roadmap | A public board that shows what you are working on. It is read-only: visitors cannot vote. |
| Status page | One public status page per account with components, incidents, maintenance and email subscribers. |
| Messages | Conversations with visitors from notification comments and survey replies. Open Messages in the admin sidebar. |
| Analytics | Product funnel and page views across notifications, NPS, surveys, status and roadmaps. Open Analytics in the admin sidebar. |
| Translations | AI Translation turns your main-language copy into other locales in one click for notifications, NPS, surveys, roadmap and status. Empty fields fall back to the main language. See Translations and languages. |
| Teams | Invite colleagues and give them roles with specific permissions. |
How it works
- You create an account (a “project”) in the admin app and enter the URL of your site.
- You paste the embed snippet from Settings → Get Embed into your site (HTML, React, Vue, Next, Nuxt, Svelte or Angular).
- You publish content in the admin app. Visitors see it according to shared targeting rules (and optional saved audiences).
- You brand each product with appearance defaults (and per-item overrides). See Appearance and branding.
- Add languages and use AI Translation so visitors see copy in their language (
setLang, browser, or identify traits). See Translations and languages. - Replies, NPS scores and survey answers come back to the admin app.
Hosts you will meet
hubbo.io is the marketing and documentation site, app.hubbo.io is the admin app (and home of public pages), and api.hubbo.io serves the embed script and the GraphQL API.
What Hubbo does not do
- No push or email delivery of notifications. Notifications are shown in the widget and on the notification page.
- No voting on the roadmap. It is a public, read-only board.
- No public REST API. See Developer overview.
- Bug reports are not available yet. The Bug Report area is coming soon.
