Status page subscribers

Visitors can subscribe to your status page with their email address. When you publish incident updates, subscribers receive an email.

How people subscribe

1. A visitor opens your public status page.
2. They enter their email in the subscribe form.
3. They are added to your subscriber list.

The subscribe form is shown on the full status page. It is hidden when the page is embedded with ?embed=1, so if you embed the page in your site, link to the full page for people who want to subscribe.

Managing subscribers

Open Status Page → Subscribers to see everyone who opted in. You can remove a subscriber from the list. The list is stored per account.

Subscriber email addresses are personal data. Make sure your own privacy notice mentions that people can subscribe to status updates. See GDPR and privacy.
