Resources / Help / Account
Create several projects, switch between them and understand what each account keeps separate.
One Hubbo user can have several accounts. Typically one account belongs to one website or product. Accounts are isolated from each other.
| Plan | Accounts |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 |
| Standard | 3 |
| Premium | 10 |
Accounts that you were invited to also appear in the switcher, with the role you were given.
Under Settings → General you can change the name, the URL and the description of the active account. Further down you can delete this account.
Deleting is permanent
Deleting an account removes everything in it: notifications and reactions, Messages, NPS settings and responses, surveys and responses, roadmaps, the status page with its incidents and subscribers, saved audiences, analytics and team memberships. The embed script for that key stops working. Export or copy anything you need first.
If you delete your last account, the sidebar is disabled and the page shows a Create a new project form in the page content instead of a blocking dialog. Your profile and billing stay available from the user menu.
Multiple domains, one account?
An account has a single origin. The browser only allows credentialed requests from that origin. If you serve one product on several domains, contact support@hubbo.io to discuss your setup.
