Define the services shown on your status page and set their current status.
A component is a service or part of your product that customers care about, such as “Website”, “API” or “Checkout”. Components are listed on the status page with their current status and a 90-day uptime bar.
Use groups to organize related components into sections, for example “Core” and “Integrations”. Create a group, name it, then assign components to it. The page shows how many components each group holds. Groups are optional.
| Status | Use when |
|---|---|
| Operational | Everything works as expected. |
| Degraded performance | The service works, but slowly or with reduced quality. |
| Partial outage | Some users or features are affected. |
| Major outage | The service is unavailable. |
| Under maintenance | Planned work is in progress. |
New components start as operational. The page’s overall status reflects the worst component status.
For each component Hubbo draws the last 90 days. A day is shown as down if an incident or maintenance that affects the component overlapped it (days are in UTC), and as up otherwise. An incident that does not name specific components affects all of them.
