Resources / Help / Analytics
Read product funnel metrics and public page views for notifications, NPS, surveys, status and roadmaps.
Open Analytics in the admin sidebar (under Collect feedback). One tab covers engagement across notifications, NPS, surveys, and session views on your public status page and roadmaps.
The funnel cards summarise unique visitors per browser for each product. Counts are deduplicated in the visitor’s browser so the same person is not counted repeatedly for the same event on the same item.
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Shown | An impression: the overlay or widget mounted for that visitor (for example a toast or the NPS ask). |
| Clicked | Notifications only: the visitor used the primary CTA / opened the post. |
| Completed | NPS or survey: the visitor finished the score or survey flow. |
| Dismissed | The visitor closed or skipped the ask without completing. |
| CTR / rates | Clicked or completed divided by Shown for that product. |
Per-item tables
Below the funnel, Analytics lists individual notifications, surveys and roadmaps with the same metrics so you can see which items perform — not only the account totals.
Deleted items stay in the totals
Deleting a notification, survey or roadmap removes it from the live lists, but its funnel counters remain in the account totals until you delete the whole project. New events are not recorded for deleted items. Deleting the project clears all analytics for that account.
Separate cards show unique browser sessions on your public status page and roadmap boards. These are product analytics, not the plan page view allowance that gates the embed. Plan limits are explained in Page views explained.
